When I say above and beyond, it's an understatement for the exceptional service that both ladies provided to me. I ran into some brick walls while trying to get my deceased father's vehicle covered to transfer the vehicle. I reluctantly went into the office on a crazy morning after storms had caused serious issues in the area. I was greeted by Barbara and she was like sunshine on a rainy day!!! The systems were down from the storm so she took my information for someone to get back to me. A day later, I received a call from Lisa and all I can say is amazing!! As problematic as it was, Lisa didn't give up!! Lisa spent a good portion of her day to make sure I got the coverage needed and she exceeded every expectation!! Everything turned out perfect because of these ladies!! I would recommend this Insurance agency with my eyes closed!! I enjoyed working with them and they are the most pleasant ladies!
